Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms apply when you use the Flipper Duck website and app. By using Flipper Duck you agree to them. Flipper Duck is an independent resale-tools project run by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Questions: quack@flipperduck.com.

What Flipper Duck does

Flipper Duck is a sourcing and analysis tool. It scans publicly available listings, estimates potential resale values and profit, and provides a suggested verdict to help you decide what to buy. It is a research aid, not financial advice.

Estimates are not guarantees

Resale values, profit figures and verdicts are estimates generated from available data. Actual results depend on the market, item condition, timing and your own selling. We do not guarantee any profit or outcome, and you are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.

Your responsibilities

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

Payments

Paid plans and products are billed as described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Any refund terms are shown at checkout and follow your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Alerts

If you opt in to alerts, you can opt out at any time. Standard message rates from your provider may apply.

Availability

We aim to keep Flipper Duck running smoothly but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service relies on third-party platforms and data that are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flipper Duck is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from buying or selling decisions you make using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
